"A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "

"We arrived in the afternoon after walking Via Francigena all day. It was a bit off trail but well worth the effort. Hopefully you get a chance to have dinner at restaurant onsite. It was truly authentic and the highlight of our three-week journey. The room was clean and more than we expected."

A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una terrazza e una cucina condivisa ben attrezzata ove ogni ospite può preparare e consumare i pasti. Personale cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni, pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima per i facili collegamenti con il centro storico tramite il treno...

"Don’t listen to the reviews about it being far from centro. If you take the train, you’re where you need to be within 30ish minutes (which is common in almost every city ever). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was fine, nothing fancy but sufficient. Grazie mille!"

"We were extremely disappointed with the state of the resort. The pictures was nothing like the actual thing. We was in a room with 2 beds. It was more like a shed with one singular swinging light. We was appalled by what they have to offer. Yes it was cheap but I’d rather say outside! We both felt very unsafe in the area and it was miles away from Rome. With no transport to it, it cost us €50 in a taxi. It was so bad that we booked another hostel and refused to stay there. Would 100% recommend...

"Most of the amenities were shut no shuttle bus, managed to get a lift from the staff a couple of times but had to get taxis most of the time"
