Excellent service and great location

the two front desk lady were very helpful. the night supervisor was able to remove mold on the shower door. the checkout process was simple. the location is close to harbor front center to take bus to KL.

Located in a very beautiful area, very convenient to shopping

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

I was there just for one short overnight stay, but I was really impressed with the hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and the staff were great. And the breakfast was excellent! You can order from an "ala carte buffet" menu which is kind of interesting, and all the items I ordered -- from typical Western bakery items and egg dishes to spicy Laksa -- were outstanding. Definitely consider this property when choosing a hotel in the area!

Great location!

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. Beautiful hotelninna very nice atea conveniently located near a popular waterfront area. Nightlife all around. Near the subway. About a 20 minute drive to Changi.

The place is what you expect from a vacation resort. Did not disappoint. Location great, different walk paths for evening strolls, taxi is cheap to get you too tourist stuff or shopping. There’s a cable car network right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has so much food, you’d think you were in Las Vegas buffet inside a casino.

During the last three weeks, we visited seven different countries and can say this hotel was easily the best!! A perfect location, an early check in, a late check out, and we could go on and on. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops.
