"I had a bad experience during my five night stay. In my room, I found a fly animal in my coffee machine, leaking water through my shower door ( I fall after my shower), uncomfortable old mattress, and broken drawer along the other issue. Extremely disappointed for a luxury hotel!"

"Nice hotel in a great location! A bit dated, and rooms could use some minor updates. Super nice to have restaurant options available connected to the hotel."

"Room was dirty with other peoples socks on the floor dust and hair everywhere. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and took long time to drain. Breakfast buffet was extra and was way expensive than worth it. Pool had way too much chlorine and no towels available."

"The breakfast comes from the Red Owl Restaurant which is on the corner of the property. It’s in a beautiful location directly across the street from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall in a historic building. Elevators were readily available, accessible to multiple green areas. Valet Parking was tricky when there is significant traffic congestion and so little confused on what to do at first. But you can “park” for Valet on either side of the corner without concern just finding an attendant was a bit tricky since a little understaffed for the influx all at once. Beautiful hotel. As for pet friendliness, they do provide "

"No parkimg, coffe free all time, all atractions walking distance liberty bell, masonic temple, city hall etc. Restaurants arround the hotel. 13 minute from the Rieading termnal Market a lot of phily food. "

"There were only a few issues. The furniture and wallpaper need updating the lighting in the bathroom was not good. Bathtubs are out of date, and for older people, dangerous to navigate. The HVAC system let cold air in from the outside. Pros: very friendly staff. The restaurant served up very tasty food the bed was okay but felt a bit saggy and worn out. "
