"Pool was under construction so did not use. We should get some discount for that. The hotel is good and staff is good, but not worth the price they charge. The additional daily service fee is a joke. Believe me, breakfast is NOT included. You pay for it through mandatory additional daily fee and for 2 bottles of water."

"This hotel is absolutely superb. All the staff pay close attention to detail and are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is wonderful. Never had to go and put towel on a chair to be able to enjoy the pool area. The buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from Zota. the valet service on the other hand was top notch! those guys were running around like crazy getting everyone to their vehicles as quickly as possible. too bad the good service ends at their front door..."
