"We received a warm welcome from the Reception staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant has a variety of meals, from snack food to specials. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The 24 hour shuttle service is excellent and the driver was friendly and very polite. We will definitely return whenever we need to access Tullamarine airport. Thank you ."

"Hotel has the perfect location for catching early-morning flights, the building itself is clean and spacious, and soundproofing is excellent (you'd hardly know you're at an airport). As of Dec 2025 bridge access to Departures is closed for reconstruction so you have to cross at road level, but once it's finished it'll be great again."
