"We stayed here with our toddler and were left very disappointed, mainly because of one serious food safety incident. At breakfast, my wife found a piece of glass in her omelette, which was extremely alarming, particularly as she had intended to share it with our child. Although staff apologised, no one took clear ownership or provided any explanation as to how this could have happened. On our final evening, reception also refused a request for milk for our toddler, saying the kitchen was closed and that it could not be provided even through room service. That issue was minor compared with the breakfast incident, but it added to the sense that staff were not especially helpful or proactive. The glass in the food alone was unacceptable and completely overshadowed the stay."

"The hotel was very centric and on a main street. Our room was stocked, clean, we had warm water, and a towel warmer. Despite it being cold the room never felt cold and we were able to sleep with a window open. In the AM the aroma of bread baking in the bakeries would come in through the open window and it was a pleasant way to wake up. You could easily walk to some of the major landmarks. There were cafes, stores, and pharmacies within a few minutes. Area was safe and staff was very attentive. They did have complimentary bread and water by the lobby which is an added bonus. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Paris. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. A very special thank you to our concierge, Emilien, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He managed to secure us a reservation at La Perouse — a place that is very difficult to book. This truly made our trip special, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere combined with warm hospitality. We highly recommend Sofitel Paris and will definitely come back again! "

"There was no AC or hair conditioner in our room, but otherwise it was very nice. Would be nervous to come in Summer without the AC!"
