"Clean"

"The hotel inside lobby and the room were very kept and clean. The outside needs some updating and upkeep done. I didn't not have the breakfast so I have no reviews on that nor did I need the shuttle service. "

"The property was impressive although it is showing its age. Breakfast was good especially the fresh made omelets but the line was not moving very fast because of the amount of guests rushing in all at once. Staff was courteous but seemed short staffed and very busy. Hair dryer in my room was not working and asked for one that worked couple of times but never got one, again because the short staff issue I think. For the price and location, I will definitely stay there again if I was coming back to Dallas. "

"Loved everything about the stay except that the air conditioner stopped working during the night, and even though I reported it, no one came to fix it. The girl at the front did not offer any accommodation for it during check out. That is my only issue."
