"My stay was quite, my room is clean. The breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and tried to accommodate my needs which I’m very grateful for and I had a sense of security."

"The whole upper floors of the building smelled like diesel, as per my conversations with some maintenance workers, there was a leak of diesel in the upper floors where they are doing some and there was a huge leak that went through the floors affecting all the upper floors. The hotel installed large fans with some odor blockers but still the corridors smell bad. We (me and my two other employees that stayed in the hotel) were never informed anything by the hotel manager This is a huge concern and they should have disclosed this information prior to arrival or not given us rooms in the affected areas. Also not sure if there could be some safety issues"

"The room was very spacious and clean,staff was super nice. The breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of parking due to the restaurants in the area. Overall my stay was comfortable. Next time I'm in Dallas I will be staying there again. Oh I forgot the lobby decor was beautiful."

"Upon arrival the desk clerk was very nice and informative. The elevator was dirty, trash all in the floor. The room was clean. I guess because we used our points from Hotels.com, we got the less than desirable room. The mini fridge made a noise all night. The AC unit looked like it was rigged when they replaced it. Not very good craftsmanship when the AC was installed. The Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower and the bathroom was clean. We had the view of the exterior ac units out the window and a TV antenna. Breakfast was okay. Definitely not a $200 a night hotel. "
