"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "

"Self parking was a little difficult to find, but simple enough to use and affordable. I would have liked to have my parking validated. Water pressure was below average. Room was clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful."

"Studio room was very spacious and it was clean. Breakfast was Ok, not a lot to select from and it was across from a Walmart and right by the expressway so that was convenient. Food places nearby as well. The staff was accommodating when available and I did like that they offered me water and whatever snack I wanted from their selections upon check-in. I would stay again if in the area. "

"Area full of homeless. Some got shot inside the car a few blocks away during the night. I like to walk the area after dinner. I had to cut it short because it felt really unsafe "

"Everything stood out! I loved where the hotel was located, the staff was awesome and saved me some money on parking for the Mavs game! The room was clean, beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast was great and a decent price as well. If you are looking for a place to stay close to downtown Dallas then THIS is the hotel for you! 10/10 Recommend!!!"
