"Wonderful family owned hotel. The TL or tenderloin neighborhood is San Francisco can always be a bit sketchy, but the city seems to have cleaned up in the last couple of years. This is an old hotel which I’m sure if the walls could talk would have quite the stories it has one of the oldest elevators in the city, which is really cool. I would definitely stay here again and it’s a great hotel when you’re on a budget."

"Location, location, location. The hotel is near everything, easy to get to major attractions in SFO. Don't expect 5 star amenities because there won't be any but the convenience to be near everything is basically the best asset. "
