"Hotel was very clean and the staff (reception, maids, doormen, etc.) were so friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the subway and we enjoyed the coffee and drinks (for purchase) in the hotel cafe. There was also a very good Chipotle and Duncan Donuts across the street for a fast meal or drink. Very walkable to Times Square and Central Park. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Extremely Well placed for sightseeing the whole of New York. If you don’t mind walking you can access everything from Central Park to the south of the island on foot. Close to the Hudson River for the man made beaches, high line walk or the food hall in the piers. "

"This hotel was very cramped in all the ways, but ok. The rooms are tiny with little space to maneuver (no closet or place to unload your clothes). We had three people in our room, and once the couch was unfolded to make up the second bed, there wasn't even space to open up luggage. It was an adventure! For 1-2 people who would spend most of the time outside, it is ideal to crash. If you expect to spend time in the room and you have kids with you...you will get to know each other well. The hotel...

The room I was in was VERY tiny but fine for solo travelers (if 2 or more traveling together though highly recommend getting a suite). The bed was very comfortable and really liked the closet layout. The fitness center was very nice & clean. Restaurant was delicious, and the room service was very prompt. Love that they allow
