Room was small for a family of 4, but quiet, beds were comfy, and good Aircon. Breakfast was very good. Gym was also good. There is also a laundry room next to the gym which we used ($2 per wash and $2 per dryer). We also bought takeaway pizza which you can then eat in the lobby area rather than your room. Location was good - 5 min walk to Penn Station.

The room was very clean and included a fridge and microwave. Which was helpful for our water bottles and our leftovers from Carmines to reheat. There was breakfast every morning with a wide variety of food. The location was great...8 min. from Madison Square Garden and so close to Time Square. The subway was also so close when we needed to take it. We also walked to the MJ broadway show. The staff was so nice! They kept our luggage for us from checkout until we had to leave for our flight. So we could spend some time in the city. I was very happy with this hotel. I would come back to this hotel!! They helped make my New York visit a good one!!
