"The hotel was in a great area. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and Mardi Gras parades. Clean, decorated for Mardi Gras and staff super nice. The indoor pool was warm, hot tub.and sauna were great for relaxing after walking around town. What a great amenity!! Thank you for a great stay would definitely return to this hotel!!"

"We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!"

My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street. "

Some items in the room (like the carpet) could use some updating, it was a little too worn out, but overall a great spot and a great price. The staff was all super amazing and friendly."
