"我通过hotels.com预订了四间客房，入住时间为12月5日至10日。我预订的是双床房，但实际只收到了一张床。地图显示酒店距离北京步行街仅8分钟车程，但实际上却需要30分钟。酒店靠近白云机场，但实际情况与描述不符。房间非常脏，浴室毛巾也破了。工作人员态度粗鲁、冷漠且不乐于助人。酒店提供机场接送服务，但司机却把我家人的行李扔来扔去，损坏了不少。这次入住体验非常糟糕，我预订了四间客房，住了六天。I booked four rooms through hotel.com for the holidays from December 5th to 10th. "The breakfast was great. The staff very helpful. The property has been newly renovated. Very spacious and clean. The location is OK; it doesn't have as much dining options nearby as other hotels in Guangzhou I have stayed at, but there's a great restaurant next to the hotel which is good if you can get there before it closes at 9pm. "

The staff kindly let me check in early. After I had been on a plane all night, i appreciated it so much! Thank you. The breakfast was the best I had in China. Big selection of chinese and western food. I really liked the eggs and sausages. And the pastries. Thank you. The cleaning lady kindly spoke to me in english...
