"I've stayed at hotels all over the US, mostly in cities. The staff at CitizenM is by far the best in terms of professionalism, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. Rooms are perfect for a single traveler or couple. The lobby is a vibrant fun place to hang out or quietly do work on your laptop/tablet. Location is perfect for obvious reasons. Shout out to Maddie and Jackie at the hotel bar/restaurant -- great ambassadors to the property."

"I would definitely come back to this same hotel if I came to Boston again. Great location, near to historic freedom trail and easily walkable to the Aquarium, Quincy Market, Fanueuil Hall, and walkable to Little Italy, Boston Commons, Public Library, shopping on Newbury St, Isabella Stewart Gardner, etc. The hotel was excellent! Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, great staff. Highly recommend."
