"Room was a bit dated but very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bonus. It was fairly basic, but had decent variety. My only issue was the set up of the breakfast buffet wasn’t very easy to navigate when very busy. Nowhere to rest your tray while waiting for your toast, etc. Overall, the location and accommodations were good for the price, would stay again! "

"This location was fantastic for our needs on this trip and put us in a great spot for our little tour of Montréal. The room was clean & modern, and fairly well stocked on cutlery, dishes, etc. We had to ask for more TP as only 1 partial roll was supplied but no issues getting it. Front desk was friendly & helpful, and we didn't have any major issues with the room itself. This place is only a 2 minute walk or so from the metro, and is located at the heart of a lot of good food & shopping! There were a few drawbacks that I'd like to express however. During our stay, we were located on floor 2, and the noise from outside was very apparent, even with the windows barred. Some extra insulation from outside noise would not go astray, especially given how late into the night the street is active/busy. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker for us, but just mentioning in case you're a light sleeper. The bed was decent, but not crazy comfortable. A little stiff for our liking. If you prefer a stiff bed though, it'll be up your alley! And the last note was the shower/tub combo did not have a proper door seal to the lip of the tub, so you were constantly getting water all over the floors when showering, even if you were trying to be mindful. A simple sweep seal on the bottom of the glass would have helped a lot to keep down on mess, and make showering a bit more comfortable! Overall, 4/5, very solid stay! Would definitely recommend, unless one of the drawbacks is a dealbreaker for you."

"Le lit était confortable. Par contre je pensais pouvoir utiliser le gel douche pour me laver mais le distributeur ne fonctionnait pas et ma main était trop petite pour atteindre le savon par le haut. J'ai dû me laver avec le shampoing malheureusement. La porte des toilettes de fermait pas. J'étais seule donc ça allait mais si j'avais été accompagnée ça m'aurait vraiment dérangée. Et du fait qu'elle ne fermait pas, le porte serviette fixé dessus m'empêchait d'accéder pleinement à levier sans me faire mal. J'ai trouvé dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de lait végétal, je n'ai pas profité des céréales. Un choix plus varié de tisanes aurait été apprécié et en plus grand nombre. Il n'y avait plus que deux sachets de tisanes quand je suis arrivée. L'emplacement est bon et calme. C'était très propre."
