"Bathroom had hairs around the plug holes and a bit of dirt around the wash basin tap. However the staff were polite and helpful at all times. The check-in was a pleasant experience. The penthouse outlook is magnificent looking over the airport with planes landing and taking off. Or on the veranda lounge looking over Sydney in the sunshine. The breakfasts available were yummy. Did not use parking. Staff helped with nearby bus stops."

"We had an overnight stay in a Harbour Bridge view room during Vivid. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed, great mini bar & huge window overlooking the Harbour. We enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning & parking at the hotel was easy and convenient. The train station was literally 2 minutes away, so very convenient for going into the city! A great stay and we will be back again!"
