"Our stay at New Hotel Prince Palace in Mumbai was extremely disappointing and completely misrepresented on the Hotels.com app. We reserved a room for three nights and paid upfront using Hotels.com vouchers, with the remaining balance of just over R1,500 paid on arrival. "Breakfast was yummy on our.stay after our arrival but as it was an early morning flight for our departure it was skipped. Loved the hotel and it's location but arrival was tricky (night before departure flight stay) as we were unable to raise Reception to assist with Airport Security. Luckily, Staff pass through regularly so were available to see us in. You can grab food/a beer or two upstairs in arrivals as well as the Hotel's Restaurant/in room dining which is a nice choice. Definitely will stay here post Arrival and pre-departure again."
