Hotels in Civic Center

"I’ve booked here before, I’m A creature of habit specially if I have a good experience the first time around. Unfortunately this time wasn’t good. Overall the staff and property was very clean and kept up but ofcourse I expected that for the price. Seems like it’s getting higher everytime I go. We stayed 3 nights and the nights stayed were very hot. Tried to use the pool a couple times but people go with families and there’s no limitation. Only 6 or 8 chairs to sit in so it’s first come first serve. Without limits, so couldn’t take advantage of the pool. The gym the equipment was broken and old. The breakfast also didn’t have limitations. Family’s go and take up two tables at a time so our breakfast experience was also poor. And I payed extra for the breakfast. I wanted to pay in Pesos but they charged me dollars. It was just poor quality service overall. Not going back would rather explore other options. "

"Mucho ruido..le comenté a la chica de recepción que no tenia agua caliente y no me resolvio. El personal de limpieza a las 830 am del domingo gritando por el pasillo que habitación limpiarian y pasaron por el pasillo con el carro de limpieza haciendo ruido.NO VUELVO"

"Prendimos el aire acondicionado y salía un olor muy feo mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento dijo q era porq les dieron servicio y q ya no olia y q iban a poner un aromatizante el cual No lo pusieron el sink del lavabo tenía hongo muy sucio"
