"Absolutely Great location! Easy walk in to the city once we parked we didn't use the car until we checked out. Room was clean and spacious with an amazing view of the city and Yarra River. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The onsite restaurant and bar were great and staff were amazing! Very close to bars and restaurants and Crown Casino and DFO was over the road. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Melbourne for future stays. "

"Hotel restaurant very disappointing, limited menu and over priced. Only one vegetarian/ vegan option. Service was slow despite not being busy but all other staff in the hotel very helpful and attentive. Pool and gym area very nice and well maintained."

"Excellent hotel in Melbourne's Docklands area. Our river deluxe room was spacious, and the bed and pillows made for the most comfortable bedding experience we've ever had, and we travel extensively. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay at other 1 Hotels in the future."

"Great food, great staff, lovely front patio, convenient location. US and Spanish embassies are within seeing distance. Nice mini apt rooms. Quiet! Balconies are nice but views limited due to this area being a series of high rises with apartments, restaurants etc on floor level. St Kilds Td is a direct shot to downtown/the CBD. 7-11 is one block away, very convenient. Buy public transport cards there. I had a wonderful two week stay!!"

"Excellent hotel close to public transport, Docklands, South Wharf and South Bank. Wonderful large corner room with extra coffee facilities. Staff are friendly and courteous. Only problem that I have occurred is that some booking sights offer a free bottle of wine and on a couple of occasions the hotel has run out. Need to ensure that they have more supplies on hand as this is one of the reasons that some people may use to book."

"We were “upgraded” to the top floor. For anyone planning to stay at this hotel please note that the room on the top floor is only accessible via stairs. If this would be a problem for you I would advise to request to be on level 3 or below. The room felt dusty & dated. Ideal location for us though, right across from Southern Cross Station "
