"The hotel staff was very accommodating. They provided plenty of great options near by for dinner. Breakfast was included in our package and there was a lot of variety. Kevin went above & beyond to help get us our tickets to the park and check us in for our flights and print boarding passes. Thank you for a great trip! "

"My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable."

"We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Iguazu Falls...it was just like a tropical paradise! The staff was so accommodating, the breakfast was awesome, our room was so clean, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We would love to return some day!"

"Room was okay, minimal electrical outlets, wifi worked well. Staff are nice enough, however, absolutely no English spoken, was an issue for us, but that is on us, not on them. Service in restaurant was horrible, had to go to front desk repeatedly to get someone to help us. Most importantly, had hotel book a transfer to the airport (with written confirmation). Transfer was late. At 10 minutes late, we asked them to contact the transfer company. At 20 minutes late, we called an Uber. It arrived in 2 minutes. We have no idea if the transfer ever arrived"
