"Staff didn’t clean fully, and the room smelled musty. The towels didn’t get changed and the blankets plus mattress were hard and one bed even had a hole. Plus the room service/staff take 30-1 hour to arrive even after repeated calling them to hurry."

"The water park was over crowded and not worth it. The flamingo pool and hot tub was great. The room was dusty and tons of light bulbs out. One night they forgot to close down the pool and guests were there until after midnight making it hard to sleep."

"My daughters and I enjoyed the facility pool and overall condition of the resort. We were disappointed we never got room service (room cleaning), while we were there. We were being told, when we went to the front desk, that room service must be instructed by the guest and a note was affixed on the mirror in the room (I didn't see one) and the front desk, should have told us during check in."
