"We arrived late. Staff reached out giving us self check-in instructions and left the aircon and lights on so the room was easy to find and warm in cold winter nights. Very thoughtful. We loved here last time visited as it was perfect for family with children. Kids stayed upstairs and there is nice spa. You can't beat the value for money here. Beds are comfy and good shower. Highly recommended."
