"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep.
The breakfast was good overall, with a nice variety of options to start the day. I especially appreciated the VIP happy hour offer — it was a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special.
The check-in process was quick and efficient, and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Every conversation I had with the team was pleasant — they were helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.
The hotel is located in a relatively safe neighborhood and is within walking distance of the central district, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Mexico City can be a bit overwhelming but Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico was a perfect refuge. The restaurant was terrific, both for food and for the incredible view overlooking the Zocalo. There was also a lovely lounge for residents of the hotel only."
