"Trendy hotel at the airport and was easy to find, there are sign of wear and tear Plenty of choice at breakfast , however the coffee machine was on the blink and the hash browns were overcooked Great shower and comfy bed "

"The hotel is really nice, the twin room we stayed in, although not as big as some, was cosy and well equipped. With a coffee machine and mini bar, a wide screen tv and a fabulous ultra modern wet room, it had everything we wanted in a hotel stay. Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient, and the bar was a small and intimate space to enjoy a drink. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast. The continental selection was brilliant with a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, cereals and pastries etc, but unfortunately, the cooked breakfast not. It came overcooked and cold, and we declined to eat it. However, as we don’t usually eat breakfast in the hotel, it didn’t spoil our stay, and the price was refunded to our card immediately. It’s a five minute walk from Piccadilly Station, which is great if you have mobility issues, and very easy to find. The hotel is also dog friendly, which is a bonus, and we will definitely be returning."

"Reception staff very friendly, bar staff non existing, went to the bar 2 times for a drink and nobody was there, my key room stop working after first night 😅"

"First room we were allocated was disgustingly filthy, muld on bathroom wall and floor, peeling ceramic coating on sink ,no sink plug. Carpet stained and bedsheets dis not look to have been changed . On speaking to reception, we were given an alternative room, which was only marginally better Toilet was cracked and coming away from the wall . You can no longer book the complimentary shuttle, it's first come, first served, which results in a chaotic process and long waits Would we stay again? Never in a million years!"
