"Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). Poolside bar was a nice touch as well. Had bikes to loan and a kayak for the lagoon it sits on. We loved this place."
"Highly recommend! Nico is the grandson of the owner and currently running the inn. He was so lovely, kind & helpful. He's been on all the tours himself to be able to make the best recommendations and was so great in helping us get our plans reaaranged after we missed out on a day due to not realizing we needed to pre-purchase a TCT card before our fight to the Galapagos (hopefully this note can help others not make the same mistake!). He walked us around the town, went above & beyond in making gluten free accomodations for breakfast and our daily boxed lunch (so cute), and greeted us with a bottle of cold wine when we got in. I hope this family-run inn continues for a long long time."
