"Location in isolation was amazing, easy access to ruins, staff was awesome, especially the servers like Oscar and Santos. Bartender named Israel was so friendly and personable. Great pools, bars, rooms were super comfortable and clean. Love all the tile work. Long drive to get to."

"Great place in front of El Malecón. Breakfast is great, hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant (sea food) in front of the hotel is also recommended by locals. One thing to improve is shuttle from the Light Train (tren maya) to the hotel. "
