"For all the different meals and restaurants we went to something was always missing. They were always out of bacon, guacamole, French fries, French toast, etc. the pool would close at 8pm daily but the swim up bar closed at 6pm. Pool towels were only available from 7-5pm but pool closed at 8pm, which doesn’t make sense. No was willing to help, find a solution or even attempt to get anyone else to help. "
"Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered correctly, often without cutlery.
Restaurant service was slow, the à la carte food was very good. The best staff service was on the beach!
The beach is beautiful, just a small area however to walk the beach. This is a beautiful property just needs some attention."
