"This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla.
It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating.
Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed.
We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. "
"El hotel y sus áreas comunes están muy bonitas, pero los cuartos están en proceso de remodelación entonces hay algunos con muchas deficiencias. En nuestro caso el cuarto era muy frío y en las mañanas se nos iba la electricidad.
El personal fue muy amable y busco siempre dar una solución. El restaurante español del lobby muy rico y el desayuno del lounge también."
