"The underground cave is amazing and unique experience. Both pools were lovely and available 24hours a day. The food was moreso crafted than it was cooked delicious and specialty.

"Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day. "
"Overall great one week stay. Might book something with a microwave/fridge if I were to stay that long again, but it was the quietest and cleanest hotel i stayed at in Mexico with a good complimentary breakfast and nice staff."
