The room and bed was clean, done the job for me as I was only staying to get my head down and leave early for work the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family or a few days stay though. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"This beautiful hotel is just a short drive from the NEC yet is somehow set deep in the countryside with stunning views. The staff are impeccable in every way; kind, friendly, attentive and they manage to combine all this with utter professionalism. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and the beds, linen and mattresses all feel sublime. The food is stunning, the breakfast is wonderful and being able to sit in the lounge, selecting your own choice of vinyl records adds a magical touch. This hotel is simply perfect, I cannot fault our experience in any way."
