"This hotel is clean, if a bit outdated, staff are good, however no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, pillows are very uncomfortable.
There are no towels at the pool area, & the pool doesn’t open until 10am, the gym is very small.
Position is close to main areas, & easy for walking around the town. "
"The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking taxis, dinner reservations and extra supplies in the room. "

"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up!
Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not.

Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool.
