Hotel Saratoga
10/10 Excellent
"This was our 3rd time staying at Hotel Saratoga and I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Palma. The staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant, and they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend! "
Palace Bonanza Playa Resort & SPA by Olivia Hotels Collection
10/10 Excellent
"From arrival the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The spa was great, I treated myself to a massage which was fabulous. Gym was also great and well equipped compared to most. Great location with very convenient public transport to go and explore Palma, magaluf etc. plenty of activities nearby including mini golf and tennis."
"Rather a tired old hotel, lacking in amenities. Nothing special. E.g. no tea/coffee in room, no conditioner or lotion in bathroom, poor breakfast selection (and they didn't even refill the scrambled eggs once they were gone). Not sure how it's rated 4 star.
Location was great, though."
