"We provided our room # when we went in for breakfast; however, when used a plate to hold some fruit to bring to our room, the staffs their seem to hesitant and told us that we need to registered, so that they can pick up the plate from our room?not sure why this is required, when our room number was already provided when we walked in to the breakfast room."

"The reception greeted us upon check in with tea, and immediately preordered dinner for us(which was delicious). The staff’s level of care and attention was wonderful. They helped us arrange a perfect day in the national park. Breakfast was fresh and varied from local congee to traditional western breakfast staples. The rooms and property are gorgeous and seamlessly intwined in the mountainside. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to catch your breath. The views of the valley are magical. "

"Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in the family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel was also a good base to visit all the main tourist attractions around Zhangjiajie. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."
