"Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away. "
