"The hotel is perfectly situated at the foot of the Avatar mountains. The staff were wonderfully helpful – they seamlessly organised our park tickets and transfers. The pools are delightful, and the breakfast offers a splendid variety, including excellent local options. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a most comfortable stay. Wouldn't hesitate to return!"

"Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures."
