"Room cleaning and front door service was excellent. The laundry machine needed to be cleared, but house keeping quickly came and cleaned the machine so that it could drain properly. The receptionists, however, did not match the friendliness of the rest of the hotel staff. While polite, they often seemed a little impatient when addressing guest inquiries. "
