"The Grand Park Kunming was an excellent choice for our visit. Everything was perfect. We arrived late at night after a long train ride and were greeted with a snack-bag, a bowl of fruit and flowers. The staff helped us with everything, from taxis, to umbrellas. The neighborhood was safe for strolling at night and we loved walking in nearby Green Lake Park. The fitness center is very well outfitted and it worth the visit just for the views of Kunming. Finally, the breakfast was incredible. The buffet and specially prepared dishes were amazing. I could not believe the variety of choices. I highly recommend"
"Clean, staff were excellent and accommodating, great location close to train station and tram. All amenities are near by. There is a revolving restaurant on top but it was closed. Comfy beds. All toiletries and water provided"
"The room is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English and uses WeChat to keep us posted. The only complaint is it may take sometimes for the hot water to arrive, and the room is a bit cold. Moreover, the hotel is situated in the center of Lijiang old town, which makes travelling easier and saves time."
