"Hotel was very nice, very convenient to everything. The drop off location is a few hundred feet from the hotel entrance. The attached bar was very fun as well. Wold stay here again."
"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern.
Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices.
The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked.
Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "
"Great location, close to St Mark's Square, shops and restaurants. Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. "
"Great hotel, friendly staff and a well equipped breakfast. Being in the centre of Venice, near the Rialto bridge, makes it a great location to access any part of Venice easily. The only knock against the location is that it’s located right above a square that allows bars to be open as late as 3 am. so if you’re looking for a quiet sleep, bring ear plugs. Otherwise, a great spot."
"Mixed review on this occasion (this was a return visit). We did have issues with rooms offered, the first was absolutely boiling due to bathroom radiator being on at full blast, so we spent some hours on room changes, first offered was supposedly unoccupied but in fact we disturbed a couple 'relaxing', the second was freezing and with a continuous ventilator noise. This small suite had an outside terrace with Jacuzzi and table, the Jacuzzi tap fell off in my hand. Finally we were offered a suite (after the stuck on air conditioning was fixed) which was very nice and comfortable. Other American guests also seemed to be having room temperature issues. We would like to thank reception staff, in particular Tony, who went out of his way to help with the room change, and also the friendly bar man while we were having a complementary drink during room changes."
