"The hotel was in a perfect location & very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great bed. The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"
"Central hotel, no kettle in the room to make a drink, no air-conditioning in the room till 1st may unbearable. Bedroom furniture dated. Decent breakfast provided.The staff are very helpful though and friendly. "
"Small but nice room. Bed not comfortable so ask for mattress cover. We had breakfast and it was good but the staff was not quick in providing coffee.

Neighbourhood was fantastic and away from major tourist but still close. 10 minute from the train station.
