"Overall a wonderful stay. Great location, beautiful views, and the feel of a grand old hotel. With that comes the a bit more noise than usual and some challenges getting the room comfortably cool. The room was spacious but missed warmth from artwork and well considered furniture. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful overall with one notable miss - at the pool or ocean, we experienced long waits and forgotten requests."
"Beware, Unfortunately, hotel never mentioned how to get to their location by car, they did reserve a parking spot in the valet garage for us. One problem with this hotel it’s in a bus only lane fine area. Google tells you to a U-turn at intersection light, which is a one-way oncoming traffic-wrong direction fine. Only way to get in is to do your U-turn over a double double line which we got a ticket for but the lowest of fines.
The hotel is amazing, clean, beautiful staircase the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great. The service outstanding. Great location otherwise near Piazza Ferrari. "
