Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam

"Hotel is right next to the Grand Batam Mall (with direct access) and about 10 - 15 min drive from Harbor Bay ferry terminal. Hotel is very clean, staff who checked us in, Sheryn, was very friendly. We were given early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade on the highest floor! Breakfast buffet spread was good and food was tasty. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again in future!"

"Hospitality was top notch from all the staff. They have bicycles, buggy rides, transport and all which makes it very convenient. However, the rooms could be cleaner. The floor was so dusty that you will need to wear the room slippers. Cleaning of the room was not done properly also. The shared amenities with Holiday Inn is helpful."
