"Room was clean and comfortable.
The (bath) water only went up to a certain temperature, which was fine, but would have been nice to have a hotter bath. Did not provide slippers or bath robe, which presumed standard at a Hilton, but perhaps not at the airport location.
Staff were polite.
Would recommend for any travellers stuck at the airport overnight, as it felt safe and is very conveniently located at the airport - 5 minute walk from the hotel to my check in desk"
"Excellent location close to the train station. Friendly staff. Liked that they still had someone at the front desk to help you even though self check-in/check. They are quick to fix issues (TV, AC). Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean, good size and bed comfortable. The soundproof windows were amazing. Heated bathroom floor. Cooling refrigerator. "
"We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."
"Everything was great about our stay at the hotel. The highlight was the breakfast before departing as Nataliia Brotsmann took good care of us. We had a nice talk in different languages and therefore enjoyed the breakfast even more and will return to the Sofitel, when we are back to Munich."
