"Food was poor. Amritsari fish was deep fried with a dark brown crust (as if fried 3-4 times). Chicken was served cold and had to send it back to get it warmed up. Did not order mains after this experience."
"For india youve got to keep an open mind, however for a western chain one would expect consistency within the same walls at the very least. After catching a glimpse of another floor in the hotel i was a bit surprised to see that the one I was on was much more outdated and dingy. Cleanliness again can only be attributed to the standard in the area itself so not much to complain about. The food was good and service was fair. Curious as to other options in the area for next time."
"Really good clean hotel and staff were very friendly
Good food, very good sauna and steam room was good and swimming pool was good. Gym is limited with equipment but ok. Treadmills were very good
Location- was great 10 x mins taxi journey to golden temple. We used uber approx 200-250 ruppees each way
There is a hotel shuttle bus to the temple but we decided on taxi
There is a mall next to the hotel with lots of shops and and restaurants.
Tip- use Uber taxis a lot more cost efficient and reliable "
