"The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very accommodating and tolerated my awful German well, switching to English when I met my limit.
Breakfast is very nice and well recommended. The hotel is in a very good location so great for a city stay, I have stayed here before and will certainly stay again.
There is a fitness centre but it is not particularly well equipped, I'd suggest one of the nearby gyms if that matters to you.
Room 313 was very comfortable and clean."
"Reception were fab, rooms were super clean and neat. We also had our 3 month old daughter and business double was a fine size. Location was again super, right near to central station so a wee tram into town and an easy walk back.

The front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms at the hotel. Get a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake. You won’t regret it. Hotel rooms a clean and spacious, even for our party of 4. The breakfast was included and was very, very good. They also have a pretty good restaurant. Again with great views of the lake.
On the downside, there isn’t very much for kids to do. There is a very, very small playground close to the lake but that’s about it. You can walk along the lake but the kids are over it in a couple of hours. The grounds could be challenging explore if you have mobility issues. Somewhat hilly. Grounds need a serious landscape redesign.
Great for couples but I would spend more than one day with young kids."
