"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. Staff was helpful, room was perfect mix of old and new. Building has history that’s incredible. Dining area for breakfast was amazing. "

One tiny complaint - there was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee. Of course, we were able to go out and buy some, but it would have been nice, arriving in the room late in the evening, not to have to go out again to pick some up. "
"Staff were all very courteous. Room was comfortable and ideal for our needs - although it was a bit hot (we always wish we could open a window). The shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower was just about empty, we had to ask for a replacement (this has happened before when we’ve stayed, perhaps a spare could be left in the room?)"
