"Staff was accommodating and pleasant when a charge issue came up. I enjoy this property and it's location.
But...I miss old fashioned elevators with a physical call button and floor choices inside.
My only complaint being about updated elevators kinda says a lot though."
"Such ideal location. We got an upgrade to a city view which I was sure to enjoy everyday. I enjoyed cool walks back from Chinatown or Little Italy at nights.
I appreciate the clean facilities and the game area. I experienced an earthquake on the morning of check out and though it wasn’t a heavy quake, I felt safe."
"The staff at the Chancellor were super friendly! Our room was always clean after we’d come back after a day of adventure. Housekeeping made it special for our daughter by keeping her stuffed toys safe as well. I would definitely recommend the Chancellor to friends and family based on the staffs friendliness and how convenient the hotel was for everything we wanted to do. Walking distance was perfect for the cable car, the cable car even stopped right outside our hotel. Perfect location and great hotel if you love the historic building vibes. Would definitely come back!"
