"The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room.
ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up,
staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter."
"Lovely hotel, approx 0.8 miles from the centre of San Pedro. It’s an easy walk but the hotel also provide a free pickup / drop off service which runs from the afternoon into the late evening,
Rooms are very spacious and the main hotel area has lots of great sofas and chairs.
The Spa has both a sauna and steam room although they’re single sex so not ideal. Treatments aren’t at all expensive.
Would definitely stay here again if revisiting San Pedro."
"Geotel Hotel in Antofagasta, Chile is fantastic — spotless, very friendly staff, secure parking, affordable, and a very well-equipped room. It’s true the room isn’t very large, but it’s extremely functional.
There are also some undeniable perks — the hotel is right by the beach, with tidal pools where we saw, among other things, starfish. We watched the sunset over the Pacific from our balcony, and in the morning, from that same balcony, we saw dolphins playing… all of this for a really great price.
