"We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location. "Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places.

"Amazing experience staying at the Champton, checked in early, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect for my needs, services offered are 2nd to none. Roof top pool, sky bar, room service and gym/spa on premises.

"Absolutely amazing stay in La Nueva, really well places for walks to Old Quarter but for the service… wow, blown away. Super accommodating from start to finish, we are also celebrating my dad’s birthday which we didn’t tell the staff and they surprised my dad with a cake and greeting. Spa was exceptional and as the last thing. Our flight was at 7am in the morning and they organised transport and takeaway breakfast for us. What an amazing experience and can not recommend this place enough. When we come back best believe we’re coming back to La Nueva. Thank you!! "

"The staff were amazing! Location was great. Thank you Anna for going above and beyond and new manager Alex was lovely. They even kept our luggage while we went to Sapa for a few days. Then transported our luggage to their sister hotel as they didn’t have a room for us when we returned.
