"Clean and bright, the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with varied items. The hotel is close to the two train stations and, if you are a walker, close to castle and museums."

"I have stayed at this hotel brand multiple times in Japan, and everything was fine until this parking guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met here. He kept a straight face the whole time and barked orders like an ICE agent: “Hey! Get the luggage out! Hey!! You need to drive your car in the garage yourself! Now!” This man lacks the most basic respect for guests. The stay itself would have been a 4.5 star rating without him. Avoid if you value polite service."

"The hotel was conveniently right next to the train station and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help answer any questions. Out room was ready early and had a nice view. It was clean and one of the more spacious places we stayed at while in Japan"

"Delicious buffet breakfast with both Japanese & Western options. Onsen was fantastic. Room was small but enough for the two of us and our luggage. Staff were very helpful. Luggage storage available after checkout - definitely recommend this hotel! "
