"An excellent, excellent stay at the Galle Face Hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive, especially the entire guest relations team of Darshi, Viduni, Kithara, Dinushi, and Ivoni, who surprised us with a gorgeous setup for our anniversary, and Kenan who gave us a special hotel 'heritage tour.' We stayed 2 days, but the kids were so sad to leave. The breakfast was expansive and delicious, and the swimming pool is apparently the only hotel salt pool in Sri Lanka. The sunset viewing area is beautiful and just everything about this hotel was wonderful."
"Five stars without hesitation. It’s among the top hotels in Colombo. From the stunning view of the coffee and pastry shop to the workstations on the main floor and the pool on the rooftop, it's one of Colombo’s premier spots. One thing I noticed is that whenever there's a lineup at the front, the front office manager, Dananja, rushes in with a bunch of staff and clears it quickly. "
"The room was clean and tidy. Although we did not book breakfast as part of our package we were able to partake with an additional charge. The breakfast was buffet style. "
"A beautiful hotel in every respect. Excellent location, lovely room, great amenities, very good food, and a beautiful pool. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay."
