"We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them .
The hotel is being improved for the better !
The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets !
The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job .
The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening .
A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea.
The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious.
We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard .
We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again !

"Situated in the medina which is my preferred location. I like not having to get a taxi into town. This is a pretty basic Hotel but cheap and clean. I don’t know about the air conditioning as it’s not the height of the summer and air con not necessary. All the shops and food places of the marina on your door step"
